TO RACE MATERIALS PICK UP/EXPO:  
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

BUS TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM RACE MATERIALS PICK UP: 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

Participants and Spectators staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge:    

  • Simply walk to the Expo.    

Participants and Spectators NOT staying at the above Resort:

  • You will be REQUIRED to park in the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey) and catch an Event Shuttle to the Expo.   
  • A shuttle will also be provided to return you to the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Area.    

NOTE 1: There is NO PARKING at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge .  If you try to park at the Campgrounds or the Lodge, you will be redirected to the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot.  

NOTE 2:  Bicycles are NOT ALLOWED on WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort Buses,                    Watercraft, and Monorails. Bicycles are NOT ALLOWED on Event Shuttles.

NOTE 3:  All athletes/spectators parking at Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey) will NOT be charged a parking fee between the hours of 10am-3pm.    Inform the Cast Member at the Auto Plaza that you are attending the Trek Women Triathlon Race.  

TO MANDATORY BIKE RACKING: 
Transition Area 

Participants staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge:    

  • Please walk/ride your bike to the Transition Area.   

Participants NOT staying at the above Resort:

  • You will be REQUIRED to park at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey).   
  • From there, participants will be REQUIRED to walk/ride their bikes to the Transition Area which is approximately 1.5 miles from the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot.

NOTE 1:     It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that athletes walk/ride their bikes to the Transition Area on Saturday, non-participants should ride the shuttles. Shuttles will be provided back to the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot.    

NOTE 2:  There is NO PARKING at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge .  If you try to park at the Campgrounds or the Lodge, you will be redirected to the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot.  

RACE DAY:

RACE DAY BUS TRANSPORTATION:  5:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.

Participants staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge:

  • On Race morning, simply walk to the Transition Area. 
  • AFTER the Race, you are REQUIRED to walk/ride your bike back the Resort.

Spectators staying at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness:    

  • Simply walk to and from Race Site

Participants NOT staying at above Resort:

  • On Race morning, park in the designated parking lot at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey). 
  • Once parked at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot, catch a shuttle that will transport you to the Transition Area located inside Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  
  • AFTER the Race, you will be REQUIRED to walk/ride your bike the 1.5 miles back to the Parking Lot.

Spectators NOT staying at above Resort:

  • On Race morning, park in the designated parking lot at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey).   
  • Once parked at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking lot , catch a shuttle that will transport you to the Transition Area located inside Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.  
  • AFTER the Race, there will be Event Shuttle service between Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds and the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey).  

NOTE 1: There will be NO RACE DAY PARKING available at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground or Disney's Wilderness Lodge and no early WDW Transportation services available to the guests (including Monorail, Buses and/or Ferries), The ONLY early transportation are the Event Shuttles/Buses.  

NOTE 2:   If you try to park at the Campgrounds or the Lodge, you will be redirected to park at the Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey).

NOTE 3:  Participant and Spectators parking at Magic Kingdom® Park Parking Lot (Grumpy & Dopey) will NOT be charged a parking fee PRIOR to 7.00am on Race Morning.  Inform the Cast Member at the Auto Plaza that you are attending the Trek Women Triathlon Race. Spectators arriving after 7:00am will be charge the $14 parking fee.
